Thomas Beatie, aka “the world’s first pregnant man,” debuted daughter Susan Juliette this week, and said the 9lb, 5oz newborn is “easygoing, mellow, and intelligent.”
The baby was conceived through artificial insemination, and carried to term by Thomas, a legally transgender male. Thomas gave birth in Oregon on June 29.
